Storage Period

Shopping-agent goods have a stated preservation period of 60 days, counted from the order status “stored”. Use that status for the storage clock rather than the date you first paid for the product.

The rule concerns the storage period. It does not establish that every storage-related or optional service is free.

Order-by-Order Planning

Record when each item enters storage. Products bought together can arrive on different dates, so keep their storage dates separately when planning a combined shipment.

Review the oldest stored item before waiting for another purchase. Keep its warehouse inspection status alongside the date, then set a reminder early enough to decide on delivery or raise a question with support.

For example, keep one row for item A, stored on date X, and another for item B, stored on date Y. Beside each, record the deadline shown in the account, whether the arrival review is complete and its next action. Sort the rows by the earliest deadline before deciding to wait for another purchase. Use the actual account dates rather than treating this example as a date calculator.

Storage and Return Deadlines

Keep the return-request deadline separate from the storage clock. Review after-sales conditions on arrival; waiting within the storage period does not preserve the ability to return an item.

For example, if one item has been stored for several weeks and another arrives today, the later arrival does not give the older item a new starting date. Plan around the oldest item’s deadline while handling any return question on its own, shorter timetable.

Overdue Goods

Goods left beyond the 60-day preservation period can be treated as abandoned and destroyed. Do not assume that an extension or continued holding will happen automatically.

If the items are ready, start parcel submission before expiry. If you cannot arrange delivery, contact support in time and keep any instructions or agreement with the order record.

Make the request specific: identify the affected items, their stored dates and the action you need help arranging. Ask what remains possible and whether any charge applies. A question sent to support is not itself confirmation that a deadline has been extended.
