1. Product Selection

Start in the product categories, open a local product detail and use View current options to reach the full catalog record. Save the original seller link with the size, colour and quantity you want. This guide follows that choice through the item order, warehouse review and parcel submission.

Lovegobuy supports product-link searches for Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian, as well as image search. Paste the seller link into its search bar and check that the result is the item you intended to order.

If a listing contains several versions, save the option name as well as its photo. For example, a hoodie and matching trousers may share a cover image while being sold separately. Confirm what one selected unit includes before adding it to your order.

2. Order Options and Payment

Record the exact size, colour, model and necessary remarks, then use Add to Cart or Buy Now on Lovegobuy. Review the order before paying. Lovegobuy then arranges the purchase from the seller.

Treat the item order and the international parcel as separate stages: paying for the product does not complete international shipping. Keep both stages in your total order budget.

3. Warehouse Review

After arrival, open User Center → Warehouse and follow the warehouse inspection guide to compare each item with its recorded options. Raise discrepancies while the item is still in the warehouse, before arranging delivery.

Review each item separately rather than approving a whole haul from its overview photo. Mark which pieces are ready to ship and which still need clarification. This gives you a clear parcel list when products from different sellers arrive at different times.

Example review: two items have arrived, but one has an unreadable size label. Record the first item as reviewed and the second as awaiting clarification. Ask about that label before including the second item in the parcel; arrival alone does not settle the review.

4. Parcel Submission

Select the stored items you want to send and follow the parcel submission and tracking steps. You will confirm delivery details, choose an available route and pay the international shipping charge for that parcel.

Before confirming, compare the parcel contents with your ready-to-ship list and read the recipient details once more. Save both the product-order references and the parcel reference: they identify different stages if you later need to ask about a purchase or delivery.
